Below is a list of general requirements when submitting a potential Goose Creek location.

  • ~ Purchase or Long-term Land Lease

  • ~ Traffic of at least 25,000 cars daily

  • ~ Corner property at signalized intersection

  • ~ Unrestricted visibility and access

  • ~ Residential population - 15,000 within 3 miles

  • ~ Daytime population - 7,500 within 1 mile

  • ~ Minimum 40 parking spaces

  • ~ 24-hour use permitted

  • ~ 8-10 gasoline dispensers under canopy

  • ~ Topography at street grade
